Account & Login Issues
I cannot log in to MadSoft Support. What should I do?
If you cannot log in to MadSoft Support:
- Make sure your username/email address is correct.
- If still cannot log in, Click “Forgot Password” to reset.
- Ensure your account is activated by our support team.
If still cannot log in, contact us and we will re-activate your account.
I did not receive the password reset email.
Please check your Spam/Junk folder.
If email still does not arrive, our team can reset your password manually—just contact us @62969919.
My account shows “Inactive”. What does it mean?
It means your maintenance subscription has ended.
You can contact our sales team to renew and continue receiving updates & support.
Ticket & Support Requests
How do I submit a new support ticket?
- Go to Create Ticket Page (https://madsoftsupport.com/create-ticket/), or click on “Report Issue” at Page Menu.
- Fill in the issue details, attach screenshot if needed, and submit.
Unable to report issue at Create Ticket Page. It’s showing login page.
- Only logged in user able to report issue at Create Ticket Page. If cannot log in, contact us and we will assist you.
- After logged in, you will need to fill in the issue details, attach screenshot if needed, and submit.
How can I check the status of my ticket?
Go to Support Page (https://madsoftsupport.com/support/) or click on “Ticket Status” at page menu.
You can view ticket status (Open, In Progress, Waiting, Closed).
What should I include when reporting an issue?
To help us solve your issue faster, include:
- Screenshot of error/issue (if needed)
- Describe your issue
- Company name
- Contact person & number
MadSoft Solutions System Requirements
Can I install the MadSoft Solutions system on a single (standalone) computer? What is the requirement?
Yes, you can install it on a standalone computer. The following requirements are needed in order to run MadSoft Solutions:
- Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 / 10
- Intel Core i5 Processor or above
- 8GB RAM or above
- 20% hard disk free space
- DVD-ROM Drive
- VGA Color Monitor
- Keyboard
- Microsoft Windows compatible printers.
Can the system be installed on our own server and client PCs? What is the requirement?
Yes, you can install it on your own server and PCs.
Please ensure that your server and PCs are connected to the same network.
Server’s requirement:-
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016
- Intel Xeon E5 Processor or above
- 16GB RAM or above
- 500GB Hard Disk or above
- 20% Hard Disk Free Space
- DVD-ROM Drive
- Gigabit Ethernet
- VGS Color Monitor
- Keyboard
- Microsoft Windows compatible printers.
Client PCs’ requirement:-
- Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 / 10
- Intel Core i5 Processor or above
- 8GB RAM or above
